Angelina Lawton is the President and Founder of Sportsdigita, a sports marketing digital creative agency for professional sports teams.
Under Lawton’s leadership, the company has rapidly grown and has quickly emerged as a top digital and development sports agency within just years of existence.
Specializing in helping professional sports teams stay on the cutting edge of the internet age, the agency has successfully developed numerous lucrative projects for teams in all of the major leagues.
Sportsdigita has formed partnerships with some of the most progressive teams including the Detroit Red Wings, Houston Astros, Minnesota Twins, Minnesota Vikings, San Jose Sharks, Cleveland Browns, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Kansas City Royals, Minnesota Wild, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Dallas Stars. Most notably, Lawton and Sportsdigita created the first-of-its-kind digital sponsorship platform called “The Digideck” for the Twins and the first-ever authentic photographed 360-degree panoramic 3D seat viewer called “DigitAR” for the Browns.
Already well-versed and educated in the sport industry, Sportsdigita comes with a collection of team experience, including Lawton who was formerly the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications for the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Lawton achieved years of success in developing brand and corporate identity in the NHL. While with the Lightning, she was responsible for developing the entire marketing and corporate branding initiatives for the team and St. Pete Times Forum.
Lawton graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Marketing and Journalism and currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
