Vice President, Ticket Sales and Service

Cheeseman directs all Ticket Sales and Operations, Customer Retention and Service, Database Management, Marketing and CRM. During the 2009-10 campaign, Cheeseman helped lead the Kings ticket sales department to the number one spot in the NHL in increased paid attendance and in the top five in new FSE’s and Group Sales Tickets sold. This year he helped drive the Kings to a 25% increase in ticket revenue and FSE Base Growth, second overall in the NHL.


Prior to his promotion in 2008, Cheeseman served as Senior Director, Ticket Sales and Service from July 2005-July 2008. In that position he oversaw all Ticket Sales, Customer Retention and Service after being promoted from Director of Sales and Service. Those duties also saw Cheeseman responsible for selling Kings hockey as well as numerous other AEG Sports Events in Los Angeles (Boxing, Tennis, Lacrosse, Cycling, Track and Field).


When Cheeseman joined the Kings, he first began as Account Executive for three years. In that role he managed retention and sold new business for the Kings and other AEG Events. He was promoted from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive in 2003 and in three years he sold more than $2.5 million in new business for FSE's and groups for the Kings. For three consecutive years, he also saw a 90%-plus full season renewal rates on the more than 400 accounts he managed.


From 2004-05, Cheeseman held the title of Manager, Ticket Sales, where he oversaw the management of the Package Sales Team and Inside Sales Team. In addition to the Kings, he was also responsible for other AEG Sports Events in Los Angeles (Boxing, Tennis, Lacrosse, Cycling, Track and Field).
