Bio

The 2011 season will be Bill’s 12th season in ticket sales in professional baseball, including the past seven years as the Senior Director of Ticket Sales with the Houston Astros organization. In his current role, Bill is responsible for all aspects of tickets sales, including season/package sales, group sales, and premium sales. He is also responsible for the services and relationships aspect for the department.


A graduate of the University of Washington, Bill’s career started with one season of AAA baseball in Tacoma Washington. Moving to Los Angeles the following season, Bill had the opportunity to sell at all ticket levels during his time with the Dodgers. Bill’s preparation during this time placed him a position to take on the challenges and opportunities offered by the Houston Astros in 2005. During his time with the Houston Astros, Bill has addressed department and sales structure, CRM needs, pricing programs, and motivation tactics.


Bill is a member of many local organizations, including the Opportunity Houston, Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo, and the S3 Advisory Board at Baylor University.
