Charlie Seraphin is a nationally recognized leader in professional sports sales and marketing. After an award-winning career in major market radio, Charlie moved to professional sports in 1996 as the Chief Marketing Officer for MLB’s Texas Rangers. Five years later he joined the Kansas City Royals in the same capacity. In 2007 he ran the NBA Development League team in Tulsa, and until 2011 he served as Senior VP, Sales and Marketing for Hunt Sports Group and the NFL Kansas City Chiefs, and MLS Columbus Crew and FC Dallas. As VP/GM of top-rated radio stations in Los Angeles, San Diego and Dallas, Charlie was known for innovative marketing solutions and first-class client services. During his tenure, the Texas Rangers achieved their highest ever attendance and season ticket base, and the KC Royals experienced the largest percentage increase in season tickets in the history of the franchise. Similarly the Tulsa 66ers delivered the biggest revenue increase in the NBA Development League under Seraphin’s direction.
