Entering his 26th season with the Spurs … began his career with the Spurs as a sales intern … today is responsible for the entire ticket sales, premium and season ticket services as well as the ticket operations departments as the vice president/ ticket sales and services for Spurs Sports & Entertainment … served in several roles with the Spurs before being promoted to his current position in 1992 … has led the organization’s drive to put “Fans First” … this effort is executed by a team of 14 service professionals that work in Guest Services serving suite, courtside, charter, plaza and Club 200 season ticket holders … oversees an experienced team of 23 season & group ticket sales executives that consistently provides a first class outing in addition to a great seat for a Spurs, Rampage and/or Silver Star game … leads a tenured team of 10 ticket operations and database staff responsible for the individual game ticket sales & ticket administration … has twice coordinated relocation efforts for Spurs ticket holders (from the HemisFair Arena to the Alamodome in 1993 and from the Alamodome to the AT&T Center in 2002) … continues to work with the famous Baseline Bums … a native of Janesville, Wisconsin … received his bachelor’s in economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a master’s in sports management from Western Illinois University … a volunteer with the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, the Knights of Columbus, Lions FC and various YMCA programs … serves on the board for Baylor Universities S3 program (sports, sales and sponsorship), LSA Graduate Class 34 … he and wife, Linda, have two daughters and a son, 17-year-old Kelsey, 15-year-old Alyssa and 11-year-old AJ.
